Customer Care with Account Administration

Some companies have been fortunate enough to thrive during Covid and this is one of them, due to expansion they are looking to recruit a new member to the UK Customer Care Team to support the Account Managers, teams and customers. There is a lot more to this role than just being on the phone so we are not looking for call centre staff you will be trained in the ordering system, administration, products and account management sides of the business. You will have a varied role split between administration, customer services and supporting Account Managers and you certainly will not be watching the clock in this position.
