Administrator (Repairs and Service)

I am seeking a highly organised and motivated administrator to join a friendly and very busy repairs and service team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers arranging annual maintenance, calibration, servicing, and repairs. You'll coordinate with technicians, external partners, and internal departments to ensure that all services are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:-
- Act as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries and annual maintenance bookings.
- Liaise with service technicians, warehouse staff, and external partners to coordinate repairs, servicing, and timely dispatch of equipment.
- Manage the repair and servicing process from initial enquiry through to billing.
- Arrange and process collection, delivery, and dispatch paperwork, including sales orders.
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding and completed repairs and services.
- Handle aftercare enquiries, chase approvals for aged repairs, and perform regular checks on equipment awaiting repair or dispatch.
- Assist with general telephone enquiries and ad hoc admin duties as required.

- Strong communication skills, confident in dealing with customers, colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A confident telephone manner and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to build strong working relationships.
