Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will look after expenses and accounts payable and duties will include.
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Processing employee and contractor expenses on Concur
- Setting up new accounts
- Working closely with treasury team on cashbook subledgers
- Intercompany balance maintenance
- Reconciliations
- Assisting with management accounts work
The successful candidate will have experience in a transactional finance role, specifically accounts payable and expenses and will ideally be studying towards an accountancy qualification.
Experience of Concur would be a distinct advantage.
Strong Excel skills and exposure to finance systems are essential as is a keen eye for detail. This position will suit someone who is tenacious and enjoys being busy.
