Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare reports for senior management.


  • Ideally, but not essential, Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
