This organisation puts happy pets and pet parents at the heart of everything they do! Through their specialist products and services, they support millions of pets throughout Europe.
As a result of recent growth, they are looking to add an experienced Banking/Finance Administrator to their team.
Initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract, this is a great chance to be a part of their close-knit finance team.
Duties will include:
- Completing bank reconciliations daily
- Daily processing of direct debit collections
- Supplier statement and account reconciliations
- Prepare month end journals
- Clear outstanding entries on the bank recs on a monthly basis
- Provide support and cover for the purchase ledger team
You'll need to have previous experience of banking processes, reconciliations and ledger maintenance as well as great systems skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel.
This role is working full time, Monday to Friday and is a fully office based role.
Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience.
