Due to expansion our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to support the team.
Working for a client-facing business, we are looking for somebody who enjoys helping others and who understands and acts swiftly on instructions.
The role sits within a friendly and supportive team where you will have opportunities to develop your administrative and business support skills.
An office based role in Cassington, Oxford.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Setting up projects on CRM systems
- Organise meetings and coordinate diaries
- Prepare and send invoices
- Event planning
- Drafting letters and emails
- Support in client meetings
- Assist with client meetings
Ideally you will have:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
