Great opportunity for a Compensation Advisor to join this fabulous, forward thinking organisation based in Stevenage. You'll be working in a small and friendly Reward & Benefits team, to support the UK business with pay related activities.
- You will be involved in activities such as the analysis of market data and bench-marking information to ensure that the company's pay structures are competitive. You will also help to support the management of cyclical processes such as salary survey submissions, salary review processes and incentive schemes.
- You will undertake regular pay analysis work, with the ability to make recommendations and present findings under the guidance of the Reward Lead. You will be able to supply robust data when needed to support other actions.
- Supporting with queries, such as ad hoc bench-marking or pay analysis.
- While you will primarily be working on the tasks above, as part of the R&B team and broader HR function, you will have exposure to other projects and other challenges currently being faced in a busy department.
You will require the following experience:-
- Good Excel capability to analyse, merge and compare data (lookups, pivot tables etc)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex and/ or large data sets.
- Ability to create accurate management information for use by the business.
- Initiative driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Good analytical skills as well as a goal-oriented way of working
- Good understanding of GDPR and protecting sensitive information
