Following a restructure, our client is now looking to add a Credit Control Supervisor to their team.
Managing a team of two, this role will suit someone who has proven experience of working in a senior Credit Control position and duties will include.
- Managing key accounts and ensuring debt levels kept to a minimum
- Working closely with clients to resolve and issues by phone, email and in person
- Working closely with internal stakeholders on customer related queries
- Allocating and reconciling accounts
- Monitoring debtor balances across the team
- Reviewing and putting in place any necessary procedures and policies that are deemed necessary
- Lead on write-offs, bad debt provisions and payment plans
- Mentoring and guiding team and putting in place KPIs and targets and monitoring progress
- Ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will have strong experience in credit control with an articulate and professional manner.
Whilst part of this role is guiding and mentoring a small team, it is essential that the successful candidate is happy to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front.
Experience of credit control is a given, but in addition, the right person will have strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems.
