Our client is an established business based in St Ives and they are currently recruiting for someone to join their friendly finance team in a sole Credit Controller role.

Working onsite on one of the business parks, the position represents a great opportunity for someone who understands and enjoys all that goes with being a Credit Controller and duties will include

• Chasing debts by phone and email

• Credit checking and evaluations

• Setting up terms an the system

• Handling and resolving client queries

• Client account and statement reconciliations

• Month end processing and reporting

• Ensuring overdues remain within agreed terms

• Ad hoc duties

Strong credit control experience is essential as are excellent interpersonal skills and the ability interact with people at all levels.

A good working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with accounting systems are essential as is the ability to manage your workload.
