A fantastic role for a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to join a global organisation. Working for a company that has a long-term vision and cares about its people.

The role reports into the Digital Marketing Team Leader, will own the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all email marketing activities while looking to build automations and personalisation capability.

We are looking for someone who can balance reasoning and creativity. Is highly collaborative, data driven and self-motivated. A person who has a passion for delivering customer-first digital experiences through email.

The role is remote, with travel to Milton Keynes and Birmingham. Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week and offering a salary of £33,000pa.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and build dynamic, triggered email programmes based on user behaviour and segmentation designed to nurture prospects and deepen relationships with customers.
  • Own the email marketing calendar and all delivery, including content development, stakeholder engagement, creative, etc.
  • Set up and deploy email campaigns, and monitor/resolve any QA issues.
  • Evaluate and communicate email performance at the send and campaign level leveraging the email platform and web analytics data.
  • Set baselines and improve all KPIs: deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns.
  • Provide email marketing through leadership: strong understanding of best-in-class email marketing, new tools and software, and desire/ability to create a best-in-class program.

The ideal candidate:

  • Understand the importance of good, segmented, and clean customer data through CRM.
  • Enjoy emails and are excited for the latest and greatest new additions in the email world.
  • Have experience in an email marketing role, ideally within ecommerce.
  • Have hands on experience of Microsoft Dynamics marketing platform.
  • Have proven experience growing and cleaning mailing lists.
  • Be familiar with HTML and CSS
  • Be a team player with the ability to autonomously manage and prioritise own work.
  • Be comfortable with operating in matrix organisation, delivering plans on behalf of multiple stakeholders.
