We are looking for an immediately available candidate based around the Huntingdon area to join a thriving team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Details:
- Pay: £10.50ph-£12.23ph (Dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm/8:00am-5:00pm (additional hours available)
- Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire (office based full-time)
- Duration: Temporary-permanent
- Start: ASAP
This position will see you supporting the Sales Team with their orders, answering the phones to customers whilst cross selling multiple services and products. You will also take responsibility for various administrative tasks from supporting with invoice queries, to updating and maintaining reports.
The Role:
- Answering and making phone calls
- Logging enquiries, collating, and sending quotations when necessary
- Raising and checking purchase orders
- Managing customer expectations but updating on delays and giving accurate ETAs
- Dealing with invoice queries & ticket requests
- Taking and booking on orders
- Organising refunds for customers
- Updating and maintaining information on an internal portal
- Collating incoming sales enquiries via email, phone and through sales representatives
- Diary/Inbox management
- Reviewing and tracking accounts status
- Identifying cross selling and up-selling opportunities
- General administration duties including report production, data analysis, completing supplier/ subcontractor questionnaires, scanning, organising tickets, printing, and filing.
This position will rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage the workload, prioritising tasks, decision making and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced, office based customer service position previously.
