The One Group are proud to be working with an amazing growing business with their office based on the outskirts of Northampton who have a great opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic customer service representative to join their team for 6 months - this role will be working remotely for 4 days and one day in the office.

The daily duties for this role will include:

• Maintaining great levels of customer service
• Maintaining and updating the companies CRM system (Salesforce)
• Supporting with contract renewal chasing
• Working closely with regional managers
• Arranging shipping of kits and samples to customers
• Sending out documentation
• Other support to the business as required

The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background, have excellent administration skills and a great personality.

Hours: Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm
