What your day will look like?
Handling incoming enquiries from customers via phone and email.
Taking payments from customers ensuring a smooth process.
Order processing and handling of credits.
General administration required within the day to day of this role.
Escalate any issues or complex queries where needed.
Supplier orders and invoices where required.
Account management of key customers.
The ideal person for this role will have over two years experience in a customer service or administration based role, have excellent communication skills, highly competent with Microsoft including excel and PowerPoint, have experience of working closely within a team.
Salary & Benefits: £25,000, Monday - Friday office based (Normal Office Hours), Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to work scheme, voucher incentive scheme, 24 GP access service and various other benefits.
