This is an excellent role for someone that wants support, training and for someone that wants to end the day feeling appreciated and like they have accomplished something!

Your daily duties will include;

• Administration support to various departments and customers
• Customer order processing
• Respond and help with customer service, product and finance requests
• Allocate and coordinate customer documentation
• Building rapport with European based customers
• Recognise service opportunities and meet agreed team and individual targets
• Adding and updating customer data on multiple company systems
• Ensuring information is archived and allocated correctly
• Other duties required to ensure a smooth customer process

To be considered for this role:

• You must be fluent in Dutch written and spoken
• Have customer service experience
• The ability to work closely with other departments
• Have a enthusiasm to help and assist customers
