This position, a mix of administration and customer service will see you working within in a close-knit team spending your time supporting new memberships for this Charity.

This full-time position is based in Cambourne and will be offered on a fixed term contract for 6 months. The first couple of weeks are likely to be ran on a temporary basis and will attract an hourly rate of £9.25 - £10.50ph and will see you working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Handling enquiries over the telephone, email and by post
  • Administrative duties including - data entry, processing membership applications and mailing welcome letters and welcome packs
  • Processing donations
  • General office duties as required

The ideal candidate will be able to complete tasks with accuracy and confidentiality as the role with involve dealing with personal information. Experience using database software would be advantageous but is not essential. An individual with strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner is important.
