Customer Service - Plenty of progression!

Based outside of Peterborough - commutable from Peterborough, Corby, Stamford and Rutland

Drivers required - ideally

Day to day you will:

  • Answer calls into a small team of 16 to help and support all customer's enquires
  • Handle complaints
  • Offer information on products and services
  • Inform customers of updates
  • Help with ordering and deliveries
  • Process the administration of orders
  • Up sell any additional products and inform customers of special offers and promotions coming up
  • Work towards the high standards they hold with regards to the Service Level Agreements and the respectful manner they handle each caller.

The role is office based 5 days a week, the shifts available are either 7am - 3pm or 2pm to 10pm you will get two days off a week based on a rota so please be prepared for these days to change.

I really believe we have an interesting role for customer service biased people who enjoy helping customers, either you will have experience through a call centre, an office based role, retail or are looking for your first role. This role is about the person fitting into the team as training can be provided.
