The position of Foreign Trade Administrator will be for a full-time permanent role and will be looking to pay around £26,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience. You will be based in a small team at their offices in St. Neots and will be carrying out the following day-to-day duties:

  • Collection of the necessary documentation to support the reclaim of duty paid to HMRC in 2021
  • Identification of applicable shipments
  • Retrieval of the relevant customs entry, import declaration, delivery note and invoice
  • Supporting the creation of the reclaim application including the required statements and amended invoices
  • Carrying out analysis of all purchases in 2021 vs import data to ensure all goods have been subject to customs procedures


The ideal candidate will have a history of administration around customs and it would of course be advantageous to have previous experience in similar role.


Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
