The ONE Group's IT Division have had an exceptional start to 2024 and are now looking to bring in a leader to take the reins and propel this team forward. Our IT Division work in a collaborative way with our clients, offering more than just a recruitment service. The team are instrumental in building our relationships within the IT community through, events and other partnership agreements. As the Divisional Manager, you'll be at the helm of a team of dedicated and passionate consultants, driving success and fostering growth. Your mission will be to elevate our already established team to new heights, expanding its reach, impact, and influence within the IT sector. You will have full reign and the ability to put your own stamp on everything and make it your own.

To be considered for the role, you will need to possess direct experience of a 360-recruitment role and have prior experience of managing a team of consultants within an agency or in-house environment. It is also important to have experience of building a recruitment network of clients and candidates.
