Ecommerce Merchandiser

Reporting to the Group Manager, Digital Operations of one of their key clients, (a multinational, household brand), the main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate end-to-end ecommerce activities across the brands, helping to increase the consumer lifetime value and revenue for the brands.

The role sits within the Digital Operations team and will work with other internal and external stakeholders to deliver the following:

Key responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with internal teams, especially the ecommerce sales team, to deliver product promotions and ecommerce support.

  • Work with the Group Digital Operations Manager and the Ecommerce Sales Manager to suggest improvements to the shopper experience by recognising and highlighting improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and experience.

· Frequent website shop audits to ensure functionalities are working as expected.

· Coordinate analysis from Adobe analytics and Mouseflow to produce actionable insights.

· Checking associated product details, prices and supporting content in line with marketing and merchandising plans

· Manage projects from inception to completion and ensure that the plans and strategies are met.

· Must be able to interpret marketing briefs and information.

· Ensure that all content is delivered accurately and on time.

· Ensure content is reliable and accurate, checking copy and updating as necessary

· Maintain content standards, including governance and enhancing for SEO where applicable, as requested by Digital Marketing.

· Build relationships with the internal and external teams and stakeholders

· Manage the CMS tool across the brands

· Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

· Meet targeted expectations and KPI's while delivering accurate work.

Requirements

· Demonstrable experience of successful collaboration across lines of business, building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

· Reliable with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

· Confident managing client communications and expectations

· Knowledge of wireframes and website layouts including best practices and principles

· Accurate with an eye for detail

· Some project management experience would be helpful

· Fluent in English Self-starter who can plan, manage and complete projects

· Team Player

· Confident working from home, this is a hybrid role working 2 days from the Milton Keynes office and 3 days from home.
