We are currently recruiting an Employment Relations Advisor for our client based in Bedford.

Managing your own caseloads and assisting the in-house legal team on employment issues for members. Responsible for providing comprehensive employment law and employee relations advice and support members, including representation when required.

You will need to have strong ER experience gained as an ER advisor and will provide employment law and HR advice to members via telephone and email. The successful applicant should have proven NHS experience of advising individuals across the range of employment issues, especially advising doctors, dentists, or nurses. However specific training in NHS contracts can be provided to the right candidate.

Prior demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of complex HR and employment law cases is essential. Prior employment law exposure or qualification would be advantageous, as would a level 5 or higher CIPD qualification or similar.

Hybrid working offered, with 1 day based in Bedford.

Part and Full-time hours considered for this role with an excellent salary and benefits offered.

Salary offered £29kpa to £39kpa.
