My client is a leading global consultancy, dedicated to making a positive impact and driving sustainability initiatives worldwide. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities: As the EA to the MD, your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of this global business. You will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage the MD's complex schedule and prioritize their tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Handle international correspondence and communication, where fluency in French or Spanish would be a significant advantage.
  • Contribute to sustainability-related projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional services environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a consultancy or professional services business.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and the natural world.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High levels of adaptability, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
