Working for an award-winning, world-renowned business in Central Cambridge you will be supporting with a wide range of tasks including
Financial responsibilities;
- Assisting with the of management accounts
- Producing weekly reports
- Prepare financial data in relation to grands and funding
- Monitoring of data integrity on the finance system
- Monitor income and expenditure on projects
- Deal with purchase invoices
Administrative tasks
- Manage and organise meetings
- Update online diaries
- Book travel and accommodation
- Produce and circulate minutes
HR admin responsibilities;
- Organise interviews
- File interview reports
- Organise internal meetings with regards to performance and employment reviews
Initially you will be employed on a fixed term contract for 2 years, therefore commitment to this project for the full duration is essential.
