Are you a finance professional with prior experience particularly in both Credit Control and Accounts Payable? I am pleased to be working with my client who is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their hardworking and welcoming team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Accounts Payable when required
- Matching payments to invoices and chasing outstanding invoices
- Build relationships with customers promoting payment of invoices within agreed terms
- Chasing outstanding payments via email and telephone
- Management of customer accounts ensuring credit is reviewed on a regular basis
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring finance inbox ensuring all queries are actioned accordingly
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Supporting with ad hoc duties as required
Your core skills and attributes as a Finance Assistant include:
- Confident communicator
- Customer service centred approach
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
- Multi-currency experience
- Self-motivator and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work successfully within a team
