The ONE Group are currently partnering with an innovative and multifaceted business, with multiple operations across the UK and an impressive client base which is growing day by day. They are now looking to appoint a technically sound and commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join them and head up the service arm of the company.

In this role you will work very closely with the Head of Finance and will focus your efforts across financial reporting, assisting senior stakeholder with high level commercial decision making and leading projects targeted to specific areas of growth across the business. This is an end to end business partnering role so your voice will definitely be heard and you will be seen as a key point of contact within the finance team for a number of other departments and senior managers.

To be considered for the role you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), you will also need to have a proven track record working well with internal stakeholders across a business from junior team members to high level execs. The most crucial element of the criteria however is the personality of the candidate they bring in, they need an energetic and enthusiastic candidate who can attune to different environments.

The organisation are Peterborough based and the working hours will be based on a hybrid model which will be a 50/50 split of office and home working.

The role is paying up to £55,000 depending on skills and experience.
