The Finance & Accountancy Division at The One Group is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on the behalf of a brilliant organisation based in Isham. This Financial Accountant Role will support the Head of Finance in overseeing the daily operations of the finance team and ensure processes are robust and accurate. As the Financial Accountant, your duties will include:
- Preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Liaising with external auditors
- Filing all Financial Accounting Returns within the given timeframes
- Ensuring robust and accurate financial accounting function is kept up to date
- Administering VAT
- Supporting the Head of Finance and CFO in ensuring finance team has strong oversight and controls in place
- Managing group cash flow and reporting
- Complete the annual tax and ONS returns
- Any other financial accounting duties when required
As the successful Financial Accountant, you must demonstrate the followings skills and attributes:
- Must be a Qualified Finance Professional
- Ability to complete work load within deadlines
- Financial accounting experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Competent in liaising with all levels of stakeholders
This is a hybrid role, preferably 1 -2 days in the office, 37.5 hours per week. My client offers a superb package.
