The position of Foreign Trade Administrator will be for a temporary period of 6 months and will be looking to pay up to £26,000pa. You will be based in a small team at their offices in St. Neots and will be carrying out the following day-to-day duties:

  • Collection of the necessary documentation to support the reclaim of duty paid to HMRC in 2021
  • Identification of applicable shipments
  • Retrieval of the relevant customs entry, import declaration, delivery note and invoice
  • Supporting the creation of the reclaim application including the required statements and amended invoices
  • Carrying out analysis of all purchases in 2021 vs import data to ensure all goods have been subject to customs procedures


The ideal candidate will has a history of administration across the past 3-5 years and it would of course be advantageous to have previous experience in similar role.
Import/export experience as well as customs knowledge is not essential, however extremely desirable. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
