At a glance, this role will offer the opportunity to:
- Support in administrative and accounts capacity - processing paperwork related to business statements and administer daily or monthly reports
- Receive and respond to customer requests via telephone and email
- Administer cash and store discounts, filing and archiving any relevant documents
- Assign accounts and deal with set ups, terminations, insurance covers and collections
And any other duties that will ensure the productive operation of the department.
To be considered for this position you will have a passion for numbers, open to solving problems, be able to establish work procedures to a high standard, have great excel skills and want to work in a close-knit team.
