What an opportunity for a Global HR Business Partner to join this commercial organisation (based in Hertfordshire) where you will act as a coach, advisor and change catalyst across Global client groups. This is a high visibility, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders globally to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals
- Act as a coach and thought partner to leadership
- Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability, celebrating behaviours
- Lead and implement global talent initiatives i.e. talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development.
- Provides second level operational HR support to People Managers on Employee Relations and people issues
- Provide insight and data-driven advice, supporting business and workforce transformation.

- Experienced strategic HR Business Partner
- Experience of leading a high performing team of HR professionals in a remote environment
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills at all levels
- Experience of leading and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Culturally fluent with experience working across diverse teams and geographies
- Willing to travel (20-30%)
