An innovative technology company experiencing growth, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Performance and Testing Manager to join their R&D team. Reporting directly to the R&D Director, the successful candidate will lead the Product Performance and Testing department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

About You:
Must-Haves:
· Extensive experience in hardware, mechanical, and software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
· Proven leadership and team management skills.
· In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
· Experience with Conformance and Interoperability (IOP) testing.
· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience in embedded communications is highly desirable.
· Experience with Python scripting and/or NI LabView.
· Certification in relevant testing and quality assurance methodologies.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
