Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified (as a minimum), be efficient, organised, have a high level of accuracy, and of course, have people and a positive working environment at the forefront of your mind!

​

As a HR professional, you will be covering a range of duties:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle

• Working closely with Line Managers, providing advice and guidance on HR related matters

• Supporting and leading on ER cases

• Managing the training and development within the business

• Leading employee onboarding and producing employee contracts

Based west of Ely, this is a full-time office-based role, with on-site parking, and offering a salary of circa £35,000.
