HR Advisor

Do you have experience of working in an HR advisory role with an understanding of best practice and employment law?
Are you someone who is keen to develop and learn, is not afraid to show initiative or push themselves?

If so, this is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a business that really values their people.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving the company's success.

Responsibilities will span from providing consistent, commercially focussed, and expert guidance on employee relations in line with the company guidelines/values and of course best practise to working proactively in delivering training / coaching programmes and enjoy analysing metrics and trends to identify improvements.
This is an opportunity to learn quickly through practical opportunities and take forward your solutions, backed by an experienced team. You will have a passion to excel and be looking to grow within your role.

The successful applicant will be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport, collaborate and influence individuals. With excellent problem-solving abilities you will have a proactive mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

With a strong educational background and minimum Level 3 CIPD, you will have a commitment to on-going professional development, which will be supported.

You will need to be able to commute to St Ives on a regular basis as this is a hybrid working role.
