Seeking a standalone HR Manager who has supported a small to SME organisation. You are responsible for a family of 140.
A standalone role, with many facets…..
- Recruitment, Selection, and On-boarding
- Engagement, Retention and Employee Relations
- Business Operations and Compliance
- Learning & Development
- Disciplinary, Grievance, and Performance Management
- Enabling and Managing Change
- Separation (Exit)
Areas that need your magic: On-boarding/Induction, L&D and Engagement. Your new family need a little time to re adjust, engage, offering a caring ear. There is little ER/disciplinaries.
This is a standalone role, thus you won't progress to HRBP but if you are happy just being happy and enjoy patching up the weak areas and watching people grow then apply now or call me.
