HR Generalist
This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark and really get stuck in to the challenge of building an internal HR function.
This is a stand alone role and requires someone that would enjoy working in a friendly, non-hierachical, high performing environment.
You will be offered autonomy and the opportunity to manage projects and be involved in all aspects of HR from employee engagement, benefits and rewards, learning and development, employee life cycles, employee relation cases and diversity and inclusion.
You would be joining the business in a period of rapid growth, and would be responsible for leading on all day to day HR related activities as well as providing professional support to the Senior Leadership as required.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and will have a supportive network to gain advice and guidance where needed.
This is not a role for the faint-hearted and will require resilience and a good sense of humour, along with professionalism and the ability to work at pace and to deadlines set.
You will be required to work in the office on a daily basis, some flexibility will be offered but you must be within a commutable distance of Winsford (CW7).
Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Ideally you will hold CIPD level 5 or above, or be qualified by experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a true HR generalist, recruitment experience will be required and previous experience of setting up a HR function from scratch would be advantageous.
