HR Generalist/Manager - Part Time/Flexible Working Arrangements

Even in todays market it is rare to find an employer willing to be totally flexible on the hours you work and when you work them, but I am very pleased to be exclusively partnering with a business that has big plans to grow and develop in the near future. With this in mind, it is time for them to introduce a HR function in-house and have a specialist deal with a wide range of HR related duties.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and will carry out a stand alone role initially. This newly created position will offer so much flexibility, hybrid working arrangements, part time hours on the days and times that suit you, as I said very rare! There may be a requirement to attend meetings onsite but these will be pre-arranged.

The salary and benefits for the role can be negotiable based on skillset and experience.

Previous experience of working in a stand alone role and setting up a HR function within a business would be preferable but not essential.
