If so, I am pleased to be representing a great business in need of a strong HR professional to undertake a wide range of HR duties.
You would be joining the business at a great time, and would be responsible for leading on all day to day admin and HR related activities as well as providing professional support to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
This is a newly created position so it is an amazing opportunity to make your mark and really get stuck in to the challenge of building an internal HR function.
You will be offered autonomy and the opportunity to manage projects and be involved in all aspects of HR from employee engagement, benefits and rewards, learning and development, employee life cycles, employee relation cases and diversity and inclusion..
You will be working with a fantastic team in a business that has managed to maintain their family feel culture despite their growth.
This is not a role for the faint-hearted and will require resilience and a good sense of humour.
You will be required to work in the office a few days a week so travel to Grantham is necessary.
Ideally you will hold CIPD level 5 or be qualified by experience and previous experience of working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential.
