Due to internal moves and promotions, I am supporting an amazing business that has two exciting opportunities for experienced HR Professionals to join their enthusiastic, hardworking, small, and supportive team.

You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about HR/people practices and will have a positive approach to work. The business are proud of their working environment which is focused around promoting the right values and culture, getting the right people with the right skills, ensuring fairness, promoting diversity, managing performance, and developing leaders.

You will partner with leaders to help deliver a people focused, professional HR service by coaching, advising, and supporting managers at all levels in all aspects of HR practice.

Experience of autonomously supporting complex ER cases would be essential along with a strong commitment to continuing professional development and the ability to liaise professionally with people of all levels and across all sections of the organisation.

The roles are based in Huntingdon, however will require travel around the county when necessary. An agile working pattern will be offered where you can work remotely subject to requirements.
