Job Title: HR Systems Administrator (Part-Time, 6-Month FTC)
Location: Enfield, London (Hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 FTE (will be Pro-rata, based on experience)
Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days)
Contract: Fixed Term - 6 Months

My client, an established care-sector organisation based in Enfield is looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join their friendly People Team on a part-time, fixed term basis (6 months).
This role is perfect for someone with strong HRIS and data management skills who enjoys improving systems, reporting, and HR processes.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR systems. You will:
- Act as lead administrator for the HR Information System (Cascade)
- Support integration and ongoing use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Produce accurate HR and management information reports
- Coordinate employee surveys and contribute to HR projects
- Review and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure full compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
You'll be part of a small but collaborative HR team, where your input and expertise will be highly valued.
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- A background in HR with solid knowledge of systems, processes, and compliance
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS (Cascade or similar) and ATS platforms
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Forms also desirable)
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Experience in care, health or service sectors (desirable but not essential)
- A collaborative team spirit with confidence to work independently
