Our client is a well-respected not for profit organisation that has fingers in plenty of pies.

Following the impending retirement of a much loved member of the team they are now looking for someone to join them initially on a 6 month contract working 32 hours a week.

Working on a remote basis, this position will start within the next week and the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an all encompassing role.

Duties will include

Producing monthly management accounts
Overseeing purchase, sales ledger and credit control
Fixed assets
Accruals and prepayments
Cashflow review and forecasts
Payroll preparation and management
Assisting with preparation of budgets
Assisting with the annual audit documentation
Ad hoc duties

This role will suit someone who is qualified by experience or AAT qualified and enjoys working in an all-round position where they are kept busy.

Experience of bookkeeping and accounts is essential and strong Excel skills are a must. If you have worked with Sage, that would also be a big bonus.
