Great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a very successful, passionate, hard working, committed (and fun) Internal Recruitment team for a 12 month interim role. Our client is a well known, forward thinking commercial organisation based in Stevenage.
You will be accountable for all permanent recruitment and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and on-boarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.
- You will be first and foremost, an amazing recruiter! Ideally, you will have proven experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience)
- Or do you have experience working in an agency as a recruitment partner, now looking for a move into an internal role?
- Experience in professional recruitment, ideally engineering or similar would be highly beneficial.
- Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems; or even better.....Workday experience, this would be great!
- You will need very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Someone who is a proven standout colleague, always proactively offering support to your team
- A passion for recruitment and in particular, the candidate journey
- The ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Someone with strong experience of proactive social media sourcing. You need to be an influencer with their social media activities and know how to use it for better recruitment engagement
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
Salary £50-55k equivalent plus hybrid working.
