One of our clients, who are the number 1 choice for their product in the UK & Ireland with their 100 years' experience and leading technology, are looking for a strong Internal Sales Administrator to join the current team on temporary basis for around 3 months initially, based at their Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire site.
The Details
- Pay: £11.50-£12.79ph
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
- Duration: Temporary for 3 months initially (potential for extension)
- Start: ASAP (1 week notice maximum)
- Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire (Based on-site full-time)
The Role
In this position, you will be providing essential administrative support to the sales team including:
- Filing
- Processing orders
- Providing telephone and e-mail inbox cover, taking orders from customers during busy periods
- General administration wherever necessary
The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks' notice, and will have some office based customer service/administrative experience previously. Winter is a busy period for this company, meaning that the ideal candidate must be used to working within a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently to deadlines.
