This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving family business who is experiencing their most successful year yet! This St Ives based Construction business is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to track and monitor sales and provide support to the regional directors.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident on the phone and have experience working with all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, with a strong focus on pivot tables. You will have a strong administrative background and it would be advantageous if you have worked in a Sales or Account Management role previously.
Big bonus if you have previous experience within the Construction industry!

Office hours 8.15am-5.15pm but some degree of flex if needed i.e. 8.30pm-5.30pm

This person will be using Microsoft Office to track, monitor and record bids and projects to free up the regional directors time a tender will come in and go to the estimating team and then be sent to a client and this person will input it as a project and track and monitor it throughout the process speaking to regional contractors and occasionally procurement managers.
Experience of being on the phone in a tele-sales or related job or tracking / monitoring projects and comfortable with Microsoft. Ideally a business or construction related graduate but doesnt have to be a graduate but needs to be someone proactive, ambitious and career-focused and must be confident on the phone with an eye for detail, an ideas person and a great communicator.
They don't necessarily need someone from a construction or telesales background. I think someone who is a people person and detail oriented will suffice
