We are looking for an immediately available Internal Sales Representative to join this fabulous team at a company based in St. Neots on an on-going temporary basis, working for the world's largest businesses in its field.

The role will be based in the office, Monday-Friday and the hours will be 8:30am-5:00p with an early finish on a Friday! This position will be looking to pay between £10.00ph-£12.00ph and is looking to start ASAP.

This position forms a critical part of the Sales Organisation based out of the EMEA HQ in St. Neots. You will be reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader whilst supporting and executing Business Plans and Sales Strategies to maximise revenue growth, increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base. The successful candidate will be focusing on building strong interpersonal relationships - this role will suit an individual who is dynamic and thrives off the challenge of a Team orientated proactive sales approach.

In this role, some of your main duties will include:

  • Providing quotations and order entry processing for existing and new customers
  • Building relationships with key decision makers to cross sell & upsell within the business
  • Supporting the closing of all new business and the on-boarding of new customers
  • Promoting the full range of products and services
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals
  • Managing customer feedback including complaints, order processing and documentation


The ideal candidate will maintain strong analytical skills and business acumen combined with a strong degree of creative flair and passion. The ability to be flexible and to multitask is an essential, whilst simultaneously managing all tasks both efficiently and effectively. You must be organised, have fantastic attention to detail, along with being a confident communicator with a positive attitude.
