IT Helpdesk Admin
Cambridge 5 days a week
£12.50 - £13.50 / Hour
One of our clients are currently looking for some short-term support on their helpdesk, following a large influx of tickets. For this role we are looking for someone who has 1+ years of experience within IT Support, either working on a Service Desk, or as an IT Technician or similar.
Here you will be responsible for managing the ticketing system, ensuring the SLA's are met, escalating tickets when necessary, providing reports on the tickets and creating IT guides on various systems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year IT Support experience
- Experience working on a ticketing system
- Knowledge around Office 365 and Active Directory
- Happy to work in the Cambridge office 5 days per week
- Available immediately
