Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently handle and organise schedules for the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.
- Travel Arrangements: Take charge of coordinating travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations, providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless business trips for the legal team.
- Confidential Information Handling: Navigate and manage high volumes of sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Legal Environment Experience: Bring your expertise from a strong PA/EA background, preferably within a legal environment, to understand the unique needs and requirements of our legal team.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Showcase your excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, particularly Outlook and Word, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance overall efficiency.
- Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, itineraries, and meeting papers promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to chasing any pending items to ensure lawyers have ample time for thorough planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PA/EA in a legal setting, this is not an essential requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
