The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well established manufacturing business, who are a part of a globally renowned group. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a dynamic and personable Management Accountant to join their Peterborough site on a 12 Month Contract with the possibly of a permanent opportunity on completion depending on performance.


In this role you will join the business as a key member of the on site Accounts function and will be covering a blend of BAU accounting and month end processes, whilst acting as a Business Partner to a number of Senior Stakeholders in the business.


On a day to day basis your duties will include heading up cost reporting for the site (including commentary and analysis), completing month end financial close, supporting business planning and business partnering key stakeholders on site.


To be considered for the role you will be a Newly Qualified Accountant or a Finalist in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You will also have a strong background in reporting and stakeholder management along and hands on Management Accounting. Experience of working within the Manufacturing industry is desirable along with strong systems skills and experience in using the PowerBI tool.


Although the client are Peterborough based, there is a flexible working model in place which will enable to split hours between home and the office.

The salary for the role is paying around £42,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package which includes a bonus.
