A fantastic opportunity available for an Interim Marketing Manager for a representative body for Senior Professionals in the health care sector.

The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and actioning the marketing project strategy for next year, submitting detailed metric reports, creating and managing all online content, attending events and networking alongside any other marketing duties the business requires.

This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, a hybrid role working one day in the Bedford office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans working with the wider team to grow audience and members.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for networking and outreach.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Create and manage a marketing budget plan and tracker and allocate resources effectively.
  • Work with external stakeholders to promote business led news.
  • Creating a monthly editorial/content calendar for weekly posts and campaign events.
  • Website management and development: update website with content and work with I.T. to manage website issues.
  • Content marketing and experience with organising webinars.


Candidate Specification:

  • Degree in Marketing
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with graphic design skills.
  • Industry experience in a membership organisation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good project management skills with experience working on marketing campaigns designed to increase membership rates.
