At a time of rapid company growth, our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their global business.
A fantastic role where you will be responsible for the marketing function in a standalone role. In addition, you will be able to use your creative skills and produce world class print and digital content to promote the brand.
A hybrid role with approximately 3 days in the Castleford office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
- Support the researching and evaluation of new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Managing launch campaigns for new products.
- Supporting distribution channels to market products effectively.
- Management of the company's website and brand guidelines.
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
- Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
- Creating print and digital content using the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creating and managing product images and photos.
- Managing the company's social media profiles and creating content for distribution on all social media platforms and e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Analysis and presentation of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Some overseas travel may be required for occasional trade shows etc.
Candidate Specification:
- A Degree in Marketing or a related field would be preferred.
- Strong effective communicator with a tenacious personality and a can-do attitude.
- Ideally have worked in the security/tech industry.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and events.
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and a hunger to improve methods, approaches, and not be afraid to bring new ideas to the role.
- Expert in Internet and social media marketing strategy with a demonstrated track record.
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, market research, product marketing and a natural flair for feeling the pulse of the security industry and being able to tap into current topics to capitalise presence.
- Excellent creative design skills and experience in creating print & digital content using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop etc.
- Experience managing external PR, Industry publications and related social media platforms.
- Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
