Our client is a leading food production business based near Soham, who are currently seeking an expert within material handling to oversee the management of their FLT staff, the delivery of material handling training & vehicle compliance.

This unique role will certainly keep you busy & entertained, as your duties will be both operational within the facility and with some desk-based responsibilities too. Ideally, you'll have experience delivering training, as well as being an expert in material handling procedures.

In return, you'll be paid an attractive salary plus dayshift hours Monday - Friday, with some flexibility needing for training requirements. The business have an excellent culture and are currently investing large amounts of money into their facilities to make sure they're top notch for their staff!

What will you need?

• Management experience of operational staff (ideally FLT drivers)
• Exposure to training delivery, particularly material handling
• Ability to learn vehicle compliance & maintenance contracts
