Supporting the existing Office Manager this role will see you working in a busy, diverse position that requires a pro-active, can do attitude! This is a temporary position initially lasting until October but could well extend past this point - our client is based in Melbourn, has onsite parking and are currently operating a hybrid working model.

Joining the team as an Office Assistant you will earn an hourly rate of £9.50 - £11.25 and therefore varying levels of experience can be considered. Perhaps you are a recent Graduate, perhaps you are looking at returning to work and a temporary role until October is the perfect steppingstone for you!

On a day-to-day level you can expect to:

  • Organise travel (very occasional at the moment!)
  • Answer the main phone directing calls to the relevant individual
  • Supporting logistics and shipping activities
  • Schedule meetings for various colleagues
