An opportunity for an Office Manager/HR has been created to be fully responsible for ensuring the efficient organisation and functionality of the office by coordinating multifunctional tasks, HR and general administration.
Key Responsibilities include:
General facilities management - Building maintenance, working safety, building security and other services with the support of the finance and office administrator
Leading the HR process - on-boarding, recruitment, employee benefits, managing HR records
Being first contact for local & matrix management for all site related questions
Locally support managing director in all relevant administrative topics
Monitor and action on local payroll procedures by managing data supplied to the external payroll provider
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working as an Office Manager as well as a strong background in HR, managing Facilities and Finance etc.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
You will be required to work in the office, however there will be flexibility to work from home.
